How quickly do I get my proxies?
Straight away. As soon as payment is confirmed the plan is created and you land on the page with your proxies. Card payments take seconds; crypto waits for network confirmations, usually a few minutes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. Pay for a plan directly at checkout, or keep a wallet balance for one-click repeat purchases.
Which protocols and session types are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 with username and password authentication. Residential plans support rotating IPs (a new IP per request) and sticky sessions (the same IP for a set time).
Which proxy type should I choose?
Start with datacenter if your target doesn’t block it: it is the fastest and cheapest. Choose residential when you get blocked or need precise geo-targeting, and ISP when you need one stable, trusted IP for long sessions and logins.
Can I buy a custom amount of residential data?
Yes. With Residential Lite, drag the slider on the pricing page to any amount from 1 GB. The per-GB price drops automatically as you buy more.
What is the difference between Residential Lite and Premium?
Lite is the best price per GB for high-volume work on most sites. Premium is our top-tier pool, blended from the biggest residential networks, for sites that block everything else.
What is your refund policy?
If your proxies don’t work because of a problem on our side and we can’t fix it within 48 hours of your report, we refund the unused part (to your card or crypto wallet, or to your ZenProxy wallet if you paid from it). If a plan can’t be set up after you pay, the money goes straight back to your wallet. Unspent wallet deposits can be refunded within 24 hours. Read the refund policy.
What can’t I use the proxies for?
Anything illegal or abusive: fraud, spam, credential stuffing, attacks on other systems, or accessing content you have no right to. Accounts that break the Acceptable Use Policy are suspended. Read the Acceptable Use Policy.
